Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, email address and a password. Once submitted, a verification code is sent to your mobile number. Enter that code to confirm your account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes and there is no registration fee. Your account is immediately ready to use once verified.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open and use a zt555 account. This is confirmed during registration and may be verified again through the KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed. zt555 does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances.

On the Login page, use the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and zt555 will send a reset code or link to that contact. Follow the steps to create a new password. If you no longer have access to the mobile number or email on your account, contact support at [email protected] with your account details.

No. zt555 allows one account per person. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual may result in all accounts being restricted. If you've lost access to an old account, contact support before creating a new one — the team can help restore access rather than having you register again with a different number.

KYC identity verification is typically required before your first withdrawal is processed. You'll need to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport. Having your CNIC ready when you register means the verification step is quicker when you're ready to withdraw. KYC documents can be uploaded from your account settings.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your mobile number or email address. Updating your mobile number requires verification via an OTP sent to the new number. Keeping your contact details current is important — your mobile number is used for OTP login and account recovery.

Deposits & Withdrawals

zt555 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used options among Pakistan players — deposits through both are near-instant and don't require a traditional bank account to set up.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within a few minutes — in many cases, the funds appear in your zt555 PKR balance almost immediately. If a deposit is pending for longer than 15 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment left your wallet, then contact support if the balance hasn't updated.

Go to your account wallet section and select the withdrawal option. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you deposited with. KYC verification needs to be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

zt555 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your JazzCash or Easypaisa provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — check with your mobile wallet provider for their current fee schedule. All amounts on zt555 are shown in PKR with no currency conversion involved.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit screen in your account. These limits can also be adjusted by the deposit limits you set in your Responsible Gaming settings — a self-imposed deposit limit you set will override the standard platform maximum if it is lower.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Cricket is the primary sport — with full coverage of PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI and Test series, and domestic Pakistani cricket competitions. Football and Esports markets are also available. The sports betting section is accessible from your account or the Sports page after logging in.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available on PSL matches and other cricket fixtures. Odds update ball by ball during a match. In-play markets may include next wicket, next boundary, match winner and other live markets depending on the fixture. Live odds are available from your sports betting dashboard as soon as the match begins.

Winnings are calculated based on the odds at the time your bet was placed multiplied by your stake in PKR. Once the event result is confirmed, winnings are credited to your zt555 PKR balance automatically. For live in-play bets, this usually happens within minutes of the final result. Settled bets and winnings can be viewed in your bet history.

Parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are available on zt555. Adding selections to your bet slip and choosing the parlay or accumulator option will combine the odds. All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to pay out. Available markets for accumulator bets are shown on your bet slip when adding multiple selections.

Bet settlement rules for abandoned, rained-off or incomplete matches vary by market and event type and are set out in the zt555 Terms and Conditions. In most cases, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, pre-match bets on that event are voided and the stake is returned to your PKR balance. Bingo

zt555 Bingo runs in dedicated rooms with scheduled games throughout the day. You purchase tickets for an upcoming game in PKR — ticket prices vary by room. When the game starts, numbers are called and your tickets are automatically checked. Complete the required pattern first to win. Prize amounts depend on the room, ticket count and jackpot for that game.

No. Bingo is fully integrated into your zt555 account. Your PKR balance, login credentials and VIP points are shared across sports betting and Bingo — there is no separate registration, no separate login and no separate wallet. Switch between Bingo and sports betting from the same account without any extra steps.

Yes. All Bingo prizes are paid in PKR directly to your zt555 PKR balance. Once the game concludes and the winner is confirmed, winnings are credited automatically. You can then withdraw them via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer, or use them to play additional Bingo games or place sports bets.

VIP Programme

VIP point expiry terms are outlined on the VIP page. Points accumulated through regular betting activity are generally credited to your tier progress on an ongoing basis. Periods of account inactivity may affect point accumulation. Check the VIP page or contact support for the current terms around point validity.

Higher VIP tiers at zt555 generally provide better deposit and withdrawal limits, improved bonus rates on promotions, priority customer support, exclusive promotions not available to standard members, and invitations to special VIP events during PSL season and major cricket tournaments. Yes. Bingo ticket purchases and activity contribute to your VIP point total alongside sports betting. Your overall betting activity across both sports and Bingo is counted towards tier progression — there is no need to choose between them or manage points separately. Everything is tracked automatically under your account.

Responsible Gaming

zt555 provides six responsible gaming tools accessible from account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off breaks (1–30 days), self-exclusion (fixed periods or permanent) and marketing opt-out. Log in to your account and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reductions to a deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit have a mandatory waiting period before they apply — this is intentional and designed to prevent impulsive decisions made during a gaming session.

A cooling-off break is a short pause of 1 to 30 days during which you cannot deposit or bet, but your account remains open and your balance is preserved. Self-exclusion is a longer, more serious measure — you can exclude yourself for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During self-exclusion, all marketing is stopped and your account is restricted. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

The support team will apply it manually without requiring you to log in. This is available for exactly these situations — if you need a break and can't get into your account, just email support.

Decide on your monthly PKR gaming budget before you deposit — not mid-session. A practical approach is to look at your monthly income after all regular expenses (rent, food, transport, savings) and decide what share of your remaining entertainment budget you're comfortable allocating to gaming.
